How Your Blank Wall works

  1. Upload a photo of your wall, add two measurements, and see any piece on it at approximate scale.
  2. Try for a head-on view, with the whole wall in frame.
  3. Angled, or art still up? Use our tools to straighten and take the art off.
  4. Measure between two upright edges: wall to wall, or wall to window.
  5. Then floor to ceiling. To the nearest inch is plenty.
  6. Put the dots where those two edges meet the ceiling and floor.
  7. Drag the piece to move it; its size stays the same.
  8. AI wall visualizer: upload your wall; the AI does the rest. It reads your room, straightens the view, takes the old art off, corrects the light and colour, and places the piece at approximate scale.

Upload your blank wall

Stand back, get the whole wall in, floor to ceiling. Angled is fine; we straighten it.

  • Lights on, curtains open, no flash.
  • Get more of the room in: the furniture, the floor and the colours around the wall help us suggest pieces that suit it.
  • Take anything off the wall you'd replace (or check the box below).

Saved walls show up by name on every product page, so you can drop a piece on them while you browse.
